Elofson <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Elofson: <br /> <br />In response to our discussion on the commercial accesses from Front <br />Street and Sunfish Lake Boulevard to your property, I would agree <br />that construction prior to approval of a final development plan <br />is premature. Therefore, as requested, an amendment to the above <br />referenced agreement deleting the accesses at this time and payment <br />of the previously determined amount of $1,630 per access or $4,890 <br />would have to be made. This amendment would relieve the city from <br />financial obligation to install the accesses but would not prohibit <br />you from installing the accesses at the time you develop your <br />property. <br /> <br />As previously discussed, I would recommend to the Ramsey City <br />Council approval of the amendment.
