PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ME. STANLEY MORTON 16355 ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. RAMSEY, MN 55303 On , 198__, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Stanley Morton for a conditional use permit to have an advertising sign on the property generally known as 16355 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. , which property is legally described as follows: That part of the north half of the northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of said Section 14 with the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as the same is now laid out and traveled, said point being 762.3 feet east from the north quarter corner of said Section i4, then south 3 degrees 05 minutes east along the center line of said highway a distance of 420 feet, then south 89 degrees 52 minutes east a distance of 894.39 feet, then north 0 degrees 19 minutes east a distance of 419.74 feet, then north 89 degrees 52 minutes west a distance of 910.40 feet to the actual point of beginning (except the west 313 feet thereof as measured along the north and south lines thereof) for the purpose of this description, the north line of said Section 14 is assumed to have a bearing of east and west. This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.05 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this' permit are as follows: 1. The business identification/advertising sign shall not exceed 32 square feet. The p!acemen: and illumination of the sign shall comply with City Code. The sign shall be properly maintained as specified by the Building Official.
