REQUEST FOR MINOR SUBDI¥ISION; CASE OF MR. RICHARD BORCHERT <br /> By: Acting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />CASE ~7: <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Borchert is applying for a minor subdivision to reclassify <br />Outlets C and D in Rodeo Hills to platted buildable lots. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a) Site location map <br />b) Existing lots <br />c) Percolation and soil boring test results <br />d) City Engineer's report dated October 27, 1988 <br />e) Correspondence regarding Outlet B <br />f) Proposed resolution <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission met on October 20 and recommended <br />acquiring cash to satisfy park dedication requirements. The Planning and <br />Zoning Commission met on November 1 and a concern was the buildability of <br />these lots due to soils. Mr. Otto noted that even though variances for <br />mound septic systems would be necessary on the subject lots, the City <br />Engineer and Building Official are of the opinion that these lots are as <br />suitable, if not more suitable, for development as lots currently developed <br />in Rodeo Hills.
