Also City ordinances do not allow <br />building on Outlots. <br /> <br />In order to make the outlot a bui!dab!e lot, you would have to <br />rep!at the outlet as a lot. This could be accomplished under <br />Article 170.0315 of the City Code Final Plat Resubdivison. <br />However, two variances would have to be granted.
