PROPOSED RESOLUTION #88-~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRAINT FINAL PLAT APPROVAL TO <br />RICHARD BORCHERT MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Borchert, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", <br />has properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision to <br />reclassify the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey to platted parcels: <br /> <br />Outlot C and Outlot D, Rodeo Hills Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />which plat is known as the Richard Borchert minor subdivision, hereinafter <br />known as "plat",; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, purusant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />plat on November 1, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Staff reviewed the proposed plat and <br />recommended acquiring cash payment to satisify park dedication <br />requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That final approval of the plat of Richard Borchert is granted <br />contingent upon Mr. Borchert providing proof of marketable title for the <br />property to the City; and <br /> <br />2. That variances to minimum lot size for both parcels is granted° <br /> <br />3. That variances must be obtained from the Ramsey Board of <br /> Adjustment to develop the lots with mound septic systems. <br /> <br /> <br />
