PROPOSED RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CRANTIN~ FINAL PLAT APPROVAL <br />TO ARTHUR BULOW MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Arthur Bulow, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval of the minor subdivision of the <br />following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 1, ~ditors Subdivision 96, lying south of the <br />following described line to-wit commencing on the west line of said <br />lot 1 at a point 330 feet south of the northwest corner of said <br />Lot 1, then east at right angles to said west line a distance of <br />189.2 feet to the east line of said Lot !, together with an easement <br />for road purposes over and across a strip of land 16 feet in width <br />and west and westerly of the following described line, commencing <br />at a point on the north line of above described property, said part <br />being 330 feet south of northwest corner of said Lot 1 and 71 feet <br />east at right angles from the west line of said Lot I, then north <br />and parapllel with the west line of said lot 1 a distance of 100 <br />feet to the southwest corner of tract now owned by Lesis W and E <br />Jeanette Lane as described in Book 296, Page 371, then northeasterly <br />on the westerly line of said lane property a distance of' 176 feet <br />more or less to a point on the north line of said lot 1 which said <br />point is the northwesterly corner of the Lane property and being <br />154.4 feet southeasterly from the northwest corner of said Lot 1. <br /> <br />which plat is known as the Arthur Bulow Subdivision, hereinafter known as <br />"plat"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 170.0317 of the Ramsey City Code, the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />plat on November 1, 1988 contingent upon DNR and EQP approval of Ramsey's <br />proposed amendment to the Critical River Overlay District Ordinance. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the <br />proposed plat on October 20, 1988 and recommended that the City's park <br />dedication requirements be satisfied by acquiring a 35 foot right-of-way <br />for the proposed regional trail corridor. <br /> <br />NOW TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T~E CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br /> <br /> 1. The final approval of the Arthur Bulow minor subdivision is <br />granted contingent upon: <br /> <br /> a. Mr. Bulow providing proof of marketable title for the property <br />to the City; and <br /> <br /> b. Mr. Bulow providing park dedication as required by City <br />Council at their regular meeting on November 15, 1988. <br /> <br /> c. EQB and DNR approval of Rsmsey's proposed amendment to the <br />Critical River Overlay District Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
