Zimmerman: <br /> <br />We have reviewed the proposed site plan for the Holiday station at <br />the corner of U.S. Highway 10 and County Road No. 56 (Ramsey Blvd.) <br />and offer the following comments: <br /> <br />Our primary concerns are the potential traffic and safety <br />problems associated with a high volume business at this <br />location. The applicant should submit projected daily and peak <br />hour traffic volumes to more adequately assess potential <br />problems. <br /> <br />The driveway off Highway 10 should be restricted to an entry <br />only since right turns back onto Hwy. !0 would be into or <br />across the right turn lane=~or Ramsev. B!vd. ~e have not yet <br />received a review letter from ~in/DOT on this project.
