15 Minutes Case ~10:' PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF RIVERVIEW ESTATES By: Merland Otto, Acting Zoning Administrator Background: Mr. Todd Elofson is proposing a subdivision of the property located south of H%~. fl0 N.W. and west of the proposed extension of Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. The northern portion of the plat will be developed · commercially and the southern portion of the plat consists of six single family residential lots along the Mississippi River. Todd and Randy Ellofson appeared before the Parks Commission in September to discuss proposed park dedication. At that time, the Commission indicated that the City would require a trail corridor width to be determined which Would not reduce the size of any of the proposed residential lots to less than 20,000 SF. The applicant will be meeting with the Parks Commission again on October 20, 1988.
