ORDINANCE NO. 88- ~P CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA ;J~ENDMENT TO CHAPTER 110 OF THE R3G{SEY CODE WHICH CH~APTER IS ENTITLED "HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE" BY THE ;~MENDMENT OF SECTION 1!0.11 ENTITLED "CURFEW" AND THE REPEAL OF THE EXISTING CUP. FEW PROVISIONS; THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 1!0.21 ENTITLED "LOITERING"; AND THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 110.22 ENTITLED "GENERAL PROVISIONS" The city of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. A/TENDMENT Section 110.11 of the Ramsey city Code is amended by the addition of the following sections. 110.111 110.11 CI/R~EW Curfew - Persons under fifteen years of age. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of fifteen years to be on or present in any public street, avenue, alley, park or other public place in the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, unless accompanied by that person's parent or guardian, or person having legal custody and control of that person, cr unless there exists a reasonable necessity therefor.
