110.113 Curfew - Responsibility of Parents. It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian or other person having the legal custody and control of a minor under the age of eighteen years to knowingly or negligently permit such minor to violate the provisions of section 110.1!1 or 110.112. 110.114 Curfew - Responsibility of entertainment, etc. Operator of place of It shall be unlawful for any person operating or in charge of any place of amusement, entertainment or or any other place of business to permit any minor under the age of eighteen years to loiter, loaf or idle in such place during hours prohibited by sections !!0.1!i and 110.112. The operator of any place of amusement, entertainment, refreshment or other place of business who shall find persons under the age of eighteen years loitering, loafing or idling in such place of business, shall immediately order such person to leave, and if such person refuses to leave the place of business, the operator shall i~mediately notify the police department of the violation. This section shall not be construed as pe_~mitting the presence at any time of any person under the age of eighteen years in any place where the presence cf such a person is now prohibited by an existing law or ordinance.
