Ostrum: <br /> <br />In response to your reques~ to be able to record the transfer of title <br />to a parcel approximately 200' x 350' located within Parcel <br />23-32-25-41-0005, the City of Ramsey does require, consistent with <br />State law, the legal subdivision of that property. However, we <br />recognize that you have completed the conditional use permit process <br />and received confirmation from the City Council to construct a <br />substation on said property.
