DEMOLITION LANDFILL (10/12/88) That Bladholm Bros. hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit for a demolition landfill. That the applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.05 of the City Code on September 8, 1988 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as part of these findings by reference. That the subject property is legally described as: "Part of Lot 3, Aud. Sub. No. 3 and Lot !, Aud. Sub. No. 31 on (parcels I & II) in Sec. 34, T32N, R25W; and part of S1/2 SW!/4 and El/2 SE!/4 SE1/4 (parcels iii & IV) Sec. 27, T32N, R25W" That the subject property is located in the i-l, Industrial D~s~__c. and approximately 55.9 acres in size.
