PROPOSED coNDITIONAL USE PERMIT BLADHOLM BROS. , INC. On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Bladholm Bros., Inc., to construct and operate a demolition landfill on the property legally described as follows: "Part of Lot 3, Aud. Sub. No. 3 and Lot 1, Aud. Sub. No. 31 on (parcels I & II) in Sec. 34, T32N, R25W; and part of S1/2 SW1/4 and El/2 SE1/4 SE1/4 (parcels III & IV) Sec. 27, T32N, R25W". This permit was issued pursuant to Section i70.013D of the Ramsey city Code. This conditional use permit is for a period of 3 years commencing no later than six months from the date of issuance of an MPCA permit so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Scope and Conduct of Landfill Operations. The operation of a demolition landfill may be performed on the Landfill Parcel in conformance with existing statutory and regulatory authority and requirements of the City of Ramsey (city), Anoka County (the County), and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (PCA). Landfill Plans. The permit holder shall construct, operate and maintain the facility in accordance with the engineering plans dated April 27, 1988 and revised , 1988 and supporting documentation Report No. 8803 dated August 1, 1988.
