17. Location of Landfill Cells, Percolation Pond and Stockpiled <br /> Materials. <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Landfill cells, the percolation pond and stockpiled materials <br />shall not be located within 66' from the south property line. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />The percolation pond shall be situated on the east half of the <br />site such that it is situated outside of the planned 66' <br />frontage road right-of-way and the existing and planned Runway <br />34 clear zones. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />stockpiling of concrete waste products shall not occur on the <br />landfill parcel. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Cover material and topsoil material shall be stockpiled on the <br />east half of the site. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Landfill cells shall be developed in a logical sequence and <br />the location shall be subject to approval by the City <br />Engineer. The preferred sequence is to fill within the runway <br />clear zone first working from north to south. <br /> <br />18. Ail activities including but not limited to grading, stockpiling <br /> of materials, landfill operations and storage activities shall <br /> comply with FAR Part 77 regulations in the existing and planned <br /> clear zones and said activities are coordinated with the airport <br /> manager at Gateway industrial North Airport. <br /> <br />19. Landfill disposal of waste materials shall occur during a single <br /> time period each year. The pe_~mit holder shall notify the City at <br /> least !0 days in advance of the period he will be landfilling. <br /> <br />20.
