NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY.OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a pub- lic hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 2004, at Ramsey Fire -Station //1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to adopt the City of Ramsey 2005-2009 Capital Improvement Program. The Capi- Iai Improvement Program is a long-term financial plan of at least five years that consists of projects and facilities that are or will be needed by the City in carry- ing out the future needs for the public health, safety and welfare of the City. The Capital Improvement Program document is categorized by projects relating to site acqu sitions, street improvements, utility system improvements, municipal build- ings and park improvements. Approval of the Capital Improvement Program by City Cou Ici does not autho- oze spending or initiation of any given project. It does however, provide a guide for the community for a whole array of private and public decision making, impacted by public capital expenditures. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and Comment on the City's 2005-2009 Capital Improvement Program. The City of Rarnsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon request informaton will be provided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available.
