NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESQTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Decernber 14, 2004, at 7;00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire Station No. 1 at 15050 Armstrong 8oulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to con- sider a Business Subsidy Agreement with Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited L!ability Company. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed Business Subsidy Agree- merit with Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and, upon advance request, information will be pro- vided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available.
