Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Inpt~t <br /> <br />There was Bolle. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman, Councilmembers Cook, Elvig, <br />Kurak, and Pearson. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember <br />Strommen. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Couucii Business <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmennan called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Etvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to authorize business <br />subsidy agreement with Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC and to authorize execution of a <br />dcvclopment agreement with Zero Zone Refrigeration, LLC, contingent upon review by the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Pro Tem Zimmerman, Councilmembers Elvig, Cook, <br />Kurak, and Pearson. Voting No: Mayor Gamec and Councilmember Strommen. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing and Reguest for Adoption of City of Ramsey 2005-2009 <br />Capital Improvement Plan <br /> <br />Preseutation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund explained each year the City is required to adopt a five year Capital <br />hnprovement Plan. This does not mean the projects in the plan will be developed; the plan is a <br />forecasting tool. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman noted all of the projects included in the Capital Improvement Plan <br />will come before the City Council for a vote. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tern Zimmerman closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:24 <br />p.m. in order to conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />City Council/December <br /> page 7 of 33 <br /> <br />14, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br />
