Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated he does not agree with the tact taken on residential rezoning <br />and believes it has taken a step backward relative to protecting those who wish to see the rural <br />character in Ramsey preserved and the impact of development on surrounding properties <br />mitigated. <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance to Rezone the Proposed Plat of Sunflower Ridge from B-1 <br />Business and B-2 Business to R-3 Urban Residential; Case of Oakwood Land <br />Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik reviewed that on May 28, 2002, the City Council <br />adopted Findings of Fact and introduced an ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of Sunflower <br />Ridge fi'om B-1 and B-2 Business to R-3 Urban Residential.
