They have gOtten most of the parks in the City through dedication <br />by the developers, and they should get the. whole package set up. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig commented: the City has won awards for the Town Center comprehensive <br />planning. They cannot do that through the whole City, .but there are portions of the City this <br />would work well on. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook ~tated this is very similar to the park plan, they have had a comprehensive <br />park plan that has not changed a lot over the last ten years. If they knoTM what they want for <br />greenspace it will carry on for years to come and Piece-by-piece it can be acquired. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec commented the cost factOr needs to be considered.
