Case #11: Adoption of Amendments to Ordinance Regarding Public Nuisance <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that during the regular Council meeting of June 11, 2002, <br />Council considered the introduction of an amendment to the Ordinance regarding Public <br />Nuisance. The changes to the ordinance deal primarily with noise related issues and enforcement <br />of violations. The amended ordinance is now ready for adoption. <br /> <br />Motion by Councihnember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Ordinance <br />#02-23 to amend Section 5.08 of City Code which section is entitled "Public Nuisance". <br /> <br />A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak aye <br />Councilmember Zimmerman aye <br />Councihnember Hendriksen aye <br />Councilmember Anderson aye <br />Mayor Gamec aye <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Case #12: 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License Renewal <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated an application for the renewal of the 3.2 percent malt liquor <br />license has been received from WisSota Management (Ramsey Amoco) and is deemed to be in <br />order: <br /> <br /> Off-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor <br />#02-04 Ramsey Amoco 6360 West Highway #10 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to approve 3.2 <br />percent malt liquor license renewal for Ramsey Amoco for 2002 - 2003 license year. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Hendriksen, Anderson, <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #13: Report from Park Commission <br /> <br /> 1) Elmcrest Park Project Completion Report <br /> <br />Parks and Utilities Supervisor Boos explained that the purpose of this case is to provide a report <br />to the community on the status of Elmcrest Park's first phase of development. He reported that <br />earlier this year, the City Council approved the Park Commission and Concept Plan Committee's <br /> <br />City Council/June 25, 2002 <br />Page 30 of 34 <br /> <br /> <br />
