Council consensus was reached to direct staff to schedule a Work Session on Monday, August 5, 2002, starting at 5:30 p.m. 2) Sunwood Drive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony The Council noted the Sunwood Drive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony scheduled for Thursday, July 25, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. 3) Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Overlay of Sunfish Lake Boulevard City Administrator Norman advised that Council action is being requested with regard to the Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Sunfish Lake Boulevard so it should be considered as a Case rather than as informational. The Council concurred. COUNCIL BUSINESS - continued Case #12: Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Overlay of Sunfish Lake Boulevard City Engineer Olson presented the draft Right of Entry Agreement for Sunfish Lake Boulevard. He reviewed the previous discussion about the wetland and County project for an overlay to complete their agreement to construct full fight and left turning movements at this intersection. The County is asking for a Right of Entry Agreement to complete that project and grade the road to accommodate the shift of the intersection to the east to stay away from the wetland area. Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve the Right of Entry for Sunfish Lake Boulevard with the addition of paragraph 3: "Anoka County shall perform said work in a timely manner and return the Grantor's property to its original condition except for the changes described in Exhibit A and the County shall assume all liability for its use of this property during the term of this agreement." Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Kurak, Anderson, and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. City Council/July 23, 2002 Page 28 of 30
