NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF M~NNESOTA IT MAY CONCERN: is ilereby given that tile City Jncil olr the City o1' Ramsey will bold a public hearing on Tuesday, luly 23, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Fire Station #2, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to con- sider the vacation of tile segments of city street as follows: 1. A portion of 142nd Avenue NW from Jaspar Streel NW to Limonite Street NW. Said pordon is described as follows: That part of said 142nd Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the southerly extension of tile east line of Lot 3, Block 2, said GATE- WAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK and easterly ol~ the southerly ext. ension of the westerly line of said Lot 3. Together with the sobtherly hall~ of said 142nd Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the southerly extension of tile wester- ly line of said Lot 3 and easterly of the westerly line of Limonite Street N.W. as dedicated and depicted on said recorded plat of GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on this issue.
