<br /> 'y City Council will hold a public
<br />hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at 7:00
<br />p.cn. at the Ramsey Fire Station 112,
<br />15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW,
<br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
<br /> The purpose of the hearin9 is to con-
<br />sider a proposed ordinance to vacate all
<br />of the drainage and utility easements
<br />contained witt~in the following legally
<br />described property:
<br /> All that part- of the existing
<br /> drainage and utility easements
<br /> within Lots 11 and t2, g~ock 2,
<br /> and Outlot A, Norti~fork St.
<br /> Andrews Addition which lie
<br /> Southerly and Easterly of the
<br /> lowing described line:
<br /> Commencing at the most
<br /> Easterly corner of said Lot 12,
<br /> thence North 30 degrees, 20
<br /> minutes, 10 seconds West 160.00
<br /> feet. along the Northeasterly line
<br /> of said Lot 12 to the point
<br /> beginnin9 for the line to be
<br /> described, thence South 57
<br /> degrees, 8 minutes, 10 seconds
<br /> West 429.15 feet; thence South
<br /> 16 degrees, 8 minutes, 41 sec-
<br /> onds East 126.39 feet to the most
<br /> Southerly corner of said Lot 11
<br /> and said line there terminating.

<br />attend the hearin9 and comment on tile
