Case #2: <br /> <br />Application for On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License for Links <br />at Northfork; Case of North Forks GC, LLC <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:45 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that Michael J. Tozier, Jeffrey C. Hultgren and Tom Rosen, <br />known as The Links at North Fork GC, LLC, d/b/a Links at Northfork, have properly applied for <br />an on-sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license at 9333-153rd Avenue NW, Ramsey. This is <br />the current site of The Links <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Michael Tozier, stated that he was one of the new owners of the Links at Northfork. He stated <br />that they were not looking to change the course at this time and the overall operating system will <br />not be changing. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, Zimmerman, Anderson, <br />and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:46 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve an on- <br />sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license application for North Fork GC, LLC, d/b/a Links at <br />North fork. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
