It is the City's desire <br />to up~ade gravel streets whenever possible and therefore discussions have been initiated <br />regarding ~e City participating in.~-le cost to complete the street improvement'project. In order to <br />facilitate development within Rum River Meadows, Slxiide Tree Cottages, and to better serve' <br />existing residents along PotaSsium Street; it is to everyone's benefit to up~ade Potassium Street <br />to urban street standards.· ' .... <br /> <br />Along the northern plat boundary line, the subject property is located next 't~' singl~, family !o~s <br />that are located outs/de of the Metropolitan Urban Service .Area (/vi-USA) and therefore the plat <br />will be subject to density transitionmg. City Code. allows 'the Ct.fy to determine the.proper buffer <br />levet for PUD developments. The sketch Plan is providing 100 feet between the rear 10t l'ine of <br />the existing single family homes and the detached townhome un/ts.
