Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated they would add that finding. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Van Scoy to adopt Resolution #04-12- <br />359 adopting Findings of Facts favorable to the applicant relating to a request from Ramdance, <br />LLC for a variance to maximum front yard setbacks for the proposed Pond Building to be <br />constructed in the TC-2 Sub-District of the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Van Scoy, Brauer, Jeffrey, and <br />Shepherd. Voting No: None.
