Ramsey Garden Club Decorates Tree
for City of Ramsey Municipal Center
Lobby
Since 2007, the City of Ramsey Garden Club has created a beautiful display
of Holiday cheer in the Ramsey Municipal Center lobby, with a different themed
tree each year!
Every year, members create ideas for themes and the club votes on their fa-
vorite. This year's tree was decorated in a rustic theme, featuring grapevine, pine
cones, and handmade straw and twig star ornaments. Also displayed were a variety
of hydrangeas grown, collected and dried by the Garden Club members through-
out the year.
The Ramsey Garden Club was established in 1994 by Esther Workman.
Today, the club is made up of approximately thirty members, including four of its
original charter members, who meet monthly at the Ramsey Municipal Center.
The Garden Club implements multiple projects throughout the year, one of their
most popular being the annual City Hall holiday tree.
The Ramsey Garden Club and the City of Ramsey are proud of the elaborate
display, which has become a tradition that City staff -and community members
alike look forward to each year. For more information on the Garden Club, call
763-441-1121.
Barnett Family Dentistry
Dr. Terry L.
