WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to Ramsey City Council resolution #17-11-284, adopted <br />November 14, 2017, the updated Feasibility Report was approved following a Public Hearing <br />and the City Engineer was designated as the engineer for this improvement and was ordered to <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City Engineer has completed plans and specifications for the purpose <br />of advertising for bids for the same improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves the final plans and specifications prepared by <br />the City Engineer for the making of such improvements, and authorizes the advertisement <br />of bids for the same improvements. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember LeTourneau <br />Councilmember Riley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Existing Vacancy <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 12 day of February, 2018. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #18-034 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
