<br />RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL TO THE PONDS

<br /> WHEREAS, Royal Oaks Realty, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Developer", has properly
<br />applied for preliminary plat approval on the following described property located in the City of
<br />Ramsey:

<br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly
