Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #02-02-057 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0603 TO REZONE CERTAIN <br />PROPERTY IN SECTION 25 FROM R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 URBAN <br />RESIDENTIAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received an application to rezone certain property in accordance <br />with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That ACCAP (Anoka County Community Action Program, hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," has properly applied to rezone certain property from R-1 Urban Residential to <br />R~3 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.03 of <br />the City Code on February 7, 2002 and said public hearing was properly advertised, and the <br />minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />That the property proposed to be rezoned is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly and westerly <br />of a line 40.00 feet northerly and westerly of, and parallel to, the centerline of <br />Sunwood Drive and northerly of the following described line and its extensions: <br />Commencing at the intersection of centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and <br />the south line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest Quarter; thence <br />northwesterly along said centerline a distance of 1083.00 feet; thence westerly <br />parallel to the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the <br />west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence northerly <br />along the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 757.00 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning of the line to be described; thence easterly parallel to the south <br />line of said southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter to the westerly right of way <br />line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and said line there terminating.
