That on February 26, 2002, the Ramsey City Council approved the Applicants request for a <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment to reclassify the Subject Property from low to medium <br />density residential and directed City Staff to forward the amendment to Metropolitan Council <br />for review and approval. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That on April 12, 2002, the City received notification from the Metropolitan Council that the <br />request to reclassify the property for development with medium density residential uses was <br />approved. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed zoning amendment will not substantially adversely impair the use or <br /> market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed zoning amendment will not change the essential character of the area, <br /> which is residential. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Kurak, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 28th day of May, 2002. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-05-129 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
