That the Applicant is proposing to export a total of approximately 200,000 yards of earth <br />material, and that approximately 30 percent of this material has been excavated and exported <br />to date, leaving approximately 140,000 cubic yards remaining to be exported. <br /> <br />7. That the Applicant has stated that the proposed haul route for incoming and outgoing trucks <br /> will be from the site directly north for a distance of 1,200 feet to County Road #63. <br /> <br />8. That no fill materials, except topsoil for restoration, are proposed to be imported to the site. <br /> <br />9. That no blasting will be employed in the grading activity. <br /> <br />10. That the existing drainage patterns will not be substantially altered by the proposed grading <br /> plan. <br /> <br />11. That the plan proposes to maintain silt fence along the perimeter of Wetland. <br /> <br />12. That the grading operation will increase the traffic to and from the subject property for the <br /> period of time the permit is in effect. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br /> residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market <br /> value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring <br /> uses. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use will not be a substantial improvement to property in the immediate <br /> vicinity and to the community as a whole. <br /> <br />17. That the proposed use will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such as <br /> highways and streets. <br /> <br />18. That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br /> public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> <br />19.
