1728245 Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #02-09-204 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ROBERT AND JERALDINE SIBILSKI FOR TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AT 7240 164th AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, Robert and Jeraldine Sibilski (Permittees) have properly applied for a variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 7240 164th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the east 518 feet (as measured along the south line) of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, lying south of a line bearing south 89 degrees 14 minutes 32 seconds west from a point in the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 523.3 feet north of the southeast courner thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. For purposes of this description, the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the southeast Quarter is assumed to bear due east and west. (Subject Property) AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 5, 2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact #0628, a variance to construct a 1,200 square foot accessory structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. 2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum setback of 250 feet from the front property line. 3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in accordance with City Code.
