1728245 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-09-204 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ROBERT AND <br />JERALDINE SIBILSKI FOR TO CONSTRUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE <br />CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br />AT 7240 164th AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert and Jeraldine Sibilski (Permittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as <br />7240 164th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the east 518 feet (as measured along the south line) of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, lying <br />south of a line bearing south 89 degrees 14 minutes 32 seconds west from a point <br />in the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 523.3 feet north <br />of the southeast courner thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. For purposes of this <br />description, the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the southeast Quarter is <br />assumed to bear due east and west. <br /> <br />(Subject Property) <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 5, <br />2002, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0628, a variance to construct a 1,200 square foot accessory <br />structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property <br />is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br /> setback of 250 feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br /> accordance with City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
