4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically e-xpire if the use is not initiated by September 30, <br />2003, and issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may <br />petition for an extension of time in which to complete the variance.
