That the proposed use will be designed, constructed, operated, and maintained so as to be <br />harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the <br />general vicinity and will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed use will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />10. That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will be a substantial improvement to the property. <br /> <br />12. That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential public facilities and services, <br /> such as highways, streets, police and fire protection. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the <br />community. <br /> <br />14. That the second 60-day extension gives the City until November 11, 2002, to make a final <br /> decision on the request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Zimmerman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Anderson <br />Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-09-250 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
