PARCEL D: That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE ¼ of SW ¼) of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, that lies West of the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as laid out and traveled, and North and Northeast of the centerline of County State Aid Road No. 5 as laid out and traveled. PARCEL E: All that part of the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying and being West of the centerline of the Anoka and St. Francis Road, Anoka County, Minnesota, Except: All that part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, which lies West of State Trunk Highway Number 47, also known as Anoka and St. Francis Road and North of the South line of the following described tract: Commencing at a point on the center line of the Anoka and St. Francis Road as the same extends through the said East Half of the Northwest Quarter in a northerly and southerly direction which point is 1083 feet North of the South line of the said East half of the Northwest Quarter, measured along the center line of said road; and proceeding thence West and parallel to the South line of the said East half of the Northwest Quarter to the West line of the said East half of the Northwest Quarter; and proceeding thence North along said West line of said East half of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 757 feet; and thence proceeding East and parallel to said South line to an intersection with the center line of said Anoka and St. Francis Road and proceeding thence South on the said center line to the point of beginning, and Except: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47 as now laid out and travelled, said point of intersection being 234.97 feet West of the Southeast comer of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West on the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 508.25 feet; thence North at right angles a distance of 488.70 feet; thence East (assumed bearing) on a line parallel with the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 438.71 feet to the center line of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence South 00 degrees 09 minutes East on said center line a distance of 251.38 feet; thence Southerly along said center line on a curve to the right having a radius of 1145.92 feet and a central angle of 11 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds a distance of 221.48 feet to the point of beginning.
