PARCEL F: <br />That part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as Commencing at a <br />point on the Centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47, formerly known as <br />the Anoka and St. Francis Road, as the same extends through said East Half <br />of the Northwest Quarter in a northerly and southerly direction, which point <br />is 1083 feet north of the South line of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />as measured along said centerline; thence South 89 degrees, 21 minutes, 46 <br />seconds West parallel with the South line of said East Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter for 888.64 feet to intersect with the West line of said East Half of the <br />Northwest Quarter, said point of intersection being a distance of 1065.24 feet <br />north of the Southwest comer of said East Half of the Northwest Quarter; <br />thence return North 89 degrees, 21 minutes, 46 seconds East, assumed basis <br />of bearings, along said parallel line for 471.45 feet to the actual Point of <br />Beginning of the land here described; thence South 0 degrees, 38 minutes, 14 <br />seconds East for 266.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds <br />East parallel with said South line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />for 469.83 feet, more or less, to intersect said centerline of State Trunk <br />Highway No. 47; thence 11 degrees, 49 minutes, 52 seconds West along said <br />centerline for 271.16 feet, more or less, to said point of commencement; <br />thence South 89 degrees, 21 minutes, 46 seconds West parallel with the <br />South line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter for 417.19 feet, more or <br />less, to said Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 4, 2001, the Ramsey Planning Commission granted sketch <br />plan approval of the Lord of Life minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 23, 2001, the Ramsey City Council granted site plan, rezoning, <br />and comprehensive plan amendment approvals to a 47-unit senior apartment building to be <br />located on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat), Subd. 1 (Procedure) of the Ramsey City Code <br />states that following approval of a preliminary plat, the applicant shall file a final plat for <br />consideration by the City Council within one year of preliminary plat approval; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, , Section 9.50.04 (Final Plat), Subd. 1 (Procedure) of the Ramsey City <br />Code further states that subsequent to the one year deadline, the applicant may request the City <br />Council up to a one-year extension for submission of a final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 9, 2002 the City received a written communication from the <br />Lord of Life Church requesting a one-year extension for submittal of a final plat for the Lord of <br />Life minor subdivision. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-10-268 <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
