13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />That the Developer has provided information showing the Subject Property ultimately being <br />developed with 234 housing units. <br /> <br />That the City Council finds that the pending subdivision and future phases of the development <br />on land under control of the Developer are below the minimum thresholds that require an <br />EAW established under Minnesota Rules. <br /> <br />That the City Council reviewed correspondence dated October 18, 2002 from Pete Raatikka <br />of Hakanson Anderson Associates that reviews the concerns raised in the Citizen Petition and <br />provides responses to the concerns raised in the Citizen Petition. A copy of said October 18, <br />2002 correspondence is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council, after review of the facts relating to the Development and the <br />Citizen Petition received on October 11, 2002 determines that an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet does not have to be conducted in regard to the development known as Villas of <br />Meadow Point. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Kurak <br />Councilmember Anderson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendricksen <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-10-275 <br /> Page $ of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
