That the Applicant has stated that there will be no exterior storage of business equipment <br />and materials. <br /> <br />That the Applicant proposes to service approximately 3-4 clients per day between the <br />hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />10. That there are other similar permitted conditional uses in the R-1 Single Family <br /> Residential District. <br /> <br />11. That the proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />14.
