Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION 02-11-299 RESOLUTION GRANTING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF WILDLIFE SANCTUARY 3RD ADDITION. WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development, hereafter referred to as "Developer", properly applied for preliminary plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The east 165.28 feet, as measured along the north and south lines thereof, of the west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The east 165 feet of the west 330 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Anoka County, Minnesota. and The west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, except the west 330 feet thereof, as measured along the north and south lines of said west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and also except the east 165.28 feet, as measured along the north and south lines of said west half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. and The west 165 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. (Subject Property) WHEREAS, on September 3, 2002, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch plan for Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition from Oakwood Land Development, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan on October 3, 2002 and recommended proceeding to the preliminary plat stage; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the sketch plan at a City Council work session on October 15, 2002; and WHEREAS, on October 10, 2002, the City received an application and preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 3r° Addition from Oakwood Land Development, Inc., and;
