WHEREAS, on November 7, 2002, the Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a <br />public hearing regarding the proposed preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra Addition and <br />recommended City Council approval of same contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated November 1, 2002 and resolving the fencing of pasture land on the Weichelt <br />and Mott parcels to the west of the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the preliminary plat <br />on November 14, 2002 and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication <br />requirements; the construction of an 8 foot wide bituminous trail between Lots 5 and 6 of Block <br />4, the construction cost of which would be credit eligible against trail development fees due on <br />the Subject Property; and the continuance of the trail along the north side of Alpine Drive N.W.; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants preliminary plat approval to Wildlife Sanctuary <br />3rd Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes contingent upon compliance with the <br />City Staff Review Letter dated November 1, 2002, revised November 21, 2002, and the letter <br />from Oakwood Land Development to Milt Weichelt at 15407 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. and Dave <br />Mott at 15425 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., dated November 12, 2002, regarding the installation of <br />pasture fencing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Anderson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> Councilmember Anderson <br /> Councilmember Hendriksen <br /> Councilmember Kurak <br /> Councilmember Zimmerman <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-11-299 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
