3D/I <br /> <br />BKV <br /> <br />City of Ramsey Municipal Center <br /> "The Facts" <br /> <br />November 10, 2004 <br /> <br />On November 9, 2004, the Ramsey City Council requested city staff, BKV Group and 3D/I to <br />provide an update on the following: <br /> <br />Summarization of the studies completed on the existing city hall site, <br />Comparison of costs between renovation / addition to the existing facility and new <br />municipal center, <br />The financial information for funding of the new municipal center. <br /> <br />Summarization of Staffing Requirements: <br /> <br />Space needs and programming studies have been on going for the city hall since 1993.
