CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 26, 2002, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number II, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, RamSey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Susan E. Anderson <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Patti Kurak <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Community Development Sylvia Frolik <br />Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City CounCil to order at 7:08 p.m. and called <br />upon Councilmember Zimmerman to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Presentation: Recognition to Ramsey Police Department for National Night Out <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that the City of Ramsey received national recognition for its involvement in <br />National Night Out. He presented an award to Chandra Kreyer, Crime Prevention Specialist, <br />recognizing her for the work she does in making National Night Out such a great success. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way stated that he appreciates the work Ms. Kreyer has done in making National <br />Night Out such a great success. <br /> <br />Crime Prevention Specialist Kreyer stated that it is the residents of Ramsey that have made the <br />event so successful. She stated that this year, the State of Minnesota received the National <br />Award, which is a great honor. <br /> <br />City Council/November 26, 2002 <br /> Page 2 of 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
