Councilmember Kurak stated that Highway #10 through Anoka will have to be improved before <br />Ramsey would even be considered. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman replied that that was correct. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that she would like to know when the improvement to Highway <br />#10 through Anoka will occur. <br /> <br />Mr. Levine stated that his recommendation would be to invite someone from MnDOT out to <br />meet with the Council to discuss the issues. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman stated that there seems to be a lot of misunderstanding from property <br />owners along Highway #10 so staff is proposing to schedule an information meeting with those <br />property owners to discuss the process in more detail. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson stated that she would like to work in a partnership agreement with <br />MnDOT. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec replied that he thinks that everyone agrees with that. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak stated that she thinks they will have a problem with people receiving fair <br />market value for their property. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The work session of the City Council adjourned at 6:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Nanci Libor <br />Recording Secretary <br />TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. <br /> <br />City Council/November 26, 2002 <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
