(Said tract is also known as Lot 2 AUDITOR’S SUBDIVISION NUMBER 30) <br /> <br />And, <br /> <br />That part of Outlot A FERRUM SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at said Point “A” described above, thence North 00 degrees 55 minutes 06 <br />seconds West along said most westerly line of Outlot A, FERRUM SECOND <br />ADDITION, a distance of 463.49 feet to said point of intersection with the <br />southeasterly extension of the southwesterly line of Lot 1, Block 4, GATEWAY <br />NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2; thence South 66 degrees 43 minutes 30 <br />seconds East along said southeasterly extension a distance of 17.55 feet to the point of <br />intersection with a line 66.00 feet westerly of, as measured at right angles, and parallel <br />with the east line of said Outlot A; thence south 00 degrees 55 minutes 06 seconds East <br />along said parallel line a distance of 306.53 feet; thence Southerly 151.24 feet, more or <br />less, along a tangential curve concave to the west having a radius of 712.00 feet and a <br />central angle of 12 degrees 10 minutes 13 seconds, more or less, to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />And, <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 4, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 2; <br /> <br />(Being torrens property) <br /> <br />-Or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, ACE ADDITION <br /> <br /> (the ‘Subject Property’); <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br />the City of Ramsey received an application for a Sketch Plan and Zoning <br />Amendment for ACE Addition from the Developer on January 3, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the Planning Commission reviewed the Sketch Plan and conducted a Public <br />Hearing for the Zoning Amendment on February 1, 2018; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> on February 8, 2018, the City of Ramsey received an application for Final <br />Plat and Vacation of Easements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> , the City Council reviewed the Final Plat and Ordinances for a Zoning <br />Amendment and Vacation of Easements on March 13. <br /> <br />Resolution #18-052 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
