If one does not already exist, it needs to be <br />prepared and submitted with the WSP. Ideally, all production and observation wells are <br />monitored at least monthly. <br />Complete Table 9 to summarize water level data for each well being monitored. Provide the <br />name of the aquifer and a brief description of how much water levels vary over the season (the <br />difference between the highest and lowest water levels measured during the year) and the <br />long-term trends for each well. If water levels are not measured and recorded on a routine <br />basis, then provide the static water level when each well was constructed and the most recent <br />water level measured during the same season the well was constructed. Also include all water <br />level data taken during any well and pump maintenance. Add rows to the table as needed. <br />Provide water level data graphs for each well in Appendix 3 for the life of the well, or for as <br />many years as water levels have been measured.
