The Drinking Water Supply Management Area has been mapped by the Minnesota Department of <br />Health. The map is included in Appendix 2. The mapped area includes existing developments and the <br />Ramsey Town Center Project. The Ramsey Town Center project utilizes regional ponds for <br />stormwater rate control with additional water quality treatment practices required on each site in the <br />development. Several of the regional ponds will have liners to maintain water levels for aesthetic <br />purposes. The liners will prevent stormwater from entering the groundwater in the Drinking Water <br />Supply Management Area. <br />Ramsey Minnesota SWPPP -13- May 2006 February 2009 <br />
