PC CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST TO END PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br /> PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> By: Heidi, Nelson, :Assistant City Administrator <br />Background: ~ <br /> <br />At their regular meeting of July 13, 2004, City Council approved the hiring of Andy <br />Eccleston to the position of full-time pUblic Works Maintenance Worker on or near July <br />19, 2004. A performance appraisal has been completed and Mr. Eccleston has <br />successfully completed this prObationary period. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the probationarY period be ended for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker, Andy Eecleston effective January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Committee Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend that City Counc. il authorize a resolution ending the probationary <br />period for full-time Public Works Maintenance Worker, Andy Eccleston, effective <br />January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt resolution ending the: probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker, Andy ECcleStOn, JanuarY 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />PC: 01/25/05 <br /> <br /> <br />
