Co unei lmem bet <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # 05-01-xxxx <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br />PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE WORKER ANDY ECCLESTON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andy Eccleston was hired as a full-time Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker for the City of Ramsey and began work on July 20, 2004, subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Andy Eccleston sucCessfully completed his probationary period and <br />his performance was documented by the DirectOr of Public Works; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its January 25, 2005 meeting agreed <br />with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Andy Eccleston, effective January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Public Works <br />Maintenance Worker Andy Eccleston, effective January 20, 2005. <br /> <br />Tile motion for the adoption of the fOregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th day of January 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />
