ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) conducted a regular meeting on <br />May 10, 2004, at Ramsey City Hall, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Jim Gromberg <br />Keith Kiefer <br />John LeTourneau <br />Chris Riley <br />Jim Steffen <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Patti Kurak <br />Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Megan Wald, Associate Plalmer <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Riley called the regular Economic Development Authority meeting to order at 7:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVE MINUTES <br /> <br />Associate Planner Wald reported the minutes of the April 19, 2004 EDA will be available for <br />review at the next EDA meeting, and will be removed from the agenda tonight. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Member Gromberg, seconded by Member LeToumeau, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Riley, Members Gromberg LeToumeau, Kiefer, and <br />Steffen. Voting No: None. Absent: Members Kurak and Strommen. <br /> <br />EDA BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Ramsey Business Connection QCTV Program <br /> <br />The EDA reviewed the Ramsey Business COnnection QCTV program.
